Looks much more modern now with the new update. There is still some tweaks that need to be made, but I am happy now! #smugmug #portfolio #photography Google+: View post on Google+
Thank You! (For all the help getting me to, and back from, Guatemala!) I have been back from Guatemala for a week now, and I am getting back into the swing of things. I don’t know if that is a good thing or not. Life in Guatemala happened at a more enjoyable pace. […]
I had a great time shooting in Guatemala! Here is one of my pictures from Lake Atitlan from Panajachel. We got up before sunrise to get this picture, but it was worth it! #Guatemala #lakephotography #photography Lake Atitlan Volcano Google+: View post on Google+
That ten days went by fast! I have been to Guatemala and back! I could barely get online while I was down there, so I couldn’t write much on here while I was there. We were so busy the first three or four of days that we didn’t really get a break. I will post […]
That morning did not start the way I expected. Our flight was supposed to leave around 8, so we would need to be there at 6:30. I woke up at 3AM to our team leader yelling in my living room! Our flight had changed and we had to be there at 4:15AM. If we didn’t […]
Only two weeks to go before we leave to Guatemala! I can’t believe how quickly that went. The meetings are becoming more and more practical, like what to do with travelers diarrhea aka Montezuma’s Revenge! I am dreading packing, mostly because Jillian won’t be here to help me. I have to decide what gear I should […]
We spent the wekend on the Buffalo River in Arkansas with the Burnettes. We got one of the last spots at the campsite were we stayed. The GoPro did good, and Google+ made the GIF above.
We are back from home, and the news is out! The family did a great job planning the party for us. If you cant tell yet, we are having a boy! I can’t describe what that feels like to say that! Here are some of the highlight from the trip.
My neighbor helped me out on this one. I wanted to play with shooting with lights. They are a little dark and contrasty, with sharp side lighting. I shot these with the Nikon D600, a speedlight, and two studio lights.
I got to shoot Alabama Governor Bentley at a Memorial Day celebration at a local Veteran's Home my dad helped setup. Didn't have a lot of time or room for lights, but I am happy how it came out! Google+: View post on Google+
